Cancellation Policy
The current booking flow uses a 24-hour cancellation window. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your start time receive a full refund or credit.
Single sessions & packs
- - Full refund for cancellations more than 24 hours before start time.
- - No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of start time (treated as a late cancellation).
- - Pack credits are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable but transferable to another person once.
Memberships
- - Weekly recurring billing, charged on your signup date.
- - Cancel with 8 weeks written notice (admin approval required).
- - Maximum 1-month pause per year.
- - Unused sessions do not roll over.
